Custody dispute Germany-Norway. The three-year-old Emil B. from Stuttgart, mid-January, which was taken by his biological father to Norway, is back in Stuttgart.
A Norwegian court ended in February, the international custody battle and decided, that Emil according to the Hague Convention, to April 18 2013 needs his mother back to Germany.
The mother Farina B. now flew to Norway to pick up your son with the father. Shortly before midnight, then both ended up at the Stuttgart airport.
The parents now want to bring about an amicable solution over the visitation rights of the father.
